Simple and clear domain account change process
The domain account change function has been significantly revamped.
The existing account change process, which was difficult to apply for, has been reorganized to be simple and easy.
- Regardless of whether you have signed up for a new account, you can apply as long as you know the recipient's email address.
- Separate account change procedures for sending and receiving users
- Separate the creation stage so that you can change the account using existing user information first, and then change the owner information as needed.
- If you want to cancel the domain you sent, you can cancel the application until you receive it.
- If you do not want to receive the domain, the recipient can refuse to receive it.
- Automatic cancellation if 7 days pass without approval after application for account change
- Providing email notifications for changes in application reception, completion, or cancellation status
