How to change your domain account
This is how to change the domain's management account (account change).
Through this method, you can transfer the domain to another account within Hosting KR, and in the receiving account, you can modify the owner information as soon as you receive the domain.
How to handle sending accounts
1. After logging in to Hosting KR, click My Services > Domain Management.
2. Check the desired domain and click Select Action > Transfer to another account.
3. Authenticate with the owner’s email or SMS.
If authentication is not possible because the owner authentication information is not visible, please contact the administrator (Customer Center > 1:1 Inquiry).
4. Enter the recipient information and click Apply for account change.
5. Your application has been completed. You can check the current status by clicking Account Change Status.
You must accept it from the receiving account within 7 days, and if 7 days are exceeded, your application will be automatically cancelled.
6. If you wish to cancel your application, you can do so in the account change status.

How to handle incoming accounts
1. Receive the application confirmation email, check the application information, and then click Receive Domain.
2. You can log in to Hosting KR and accept or reject the account change status.
If you are not registered, sign up by creating an account and then go to the ‘Login > My Service > Domain Management > Change Account – To My Account’ tab.
3. Accept the domain account change (), then you can specify the owner.
4. If you agree to change to new owner information, you can enter new owner information as shown below.
Even if you just accept the owner information without entering it again at this stage, you can change the owner information once within 7 days without owner verification. .
If 7 days have passed, information can be changed after verification of owner information standards.

This is an explanation of the account change status.
- Waiting: A request to send to another account has been made but the receiving account has not yet accepted it.
- Completed: Processing has been completed with the receiving account accepting the receipt.
- Not received: The receiving account has refused to accept it.
- Sending canceled: The sending account has canceled the application.
- Canceled by administrator: Hosting KR administrator has canceled.
- Failed: Failed due to reasons such as communication delay with higher level organization. Please contact the administrator.
