Can I change the domain management account?
Domain management accounts can be changed at any time as long as authentication is possible with the owner's email or SMS.
You can apply even if the receiving account is not registered with Hosting KR, and after applying, a new administrator can sign up and receive the domain.
Additionally, you can change ownership of the domain immediately after accepting it from the receiving account.
However, in the case of some country domains, changes may not be possible or procedures may be different depending on the policy of the higher organization.
