When collecting owner and administrator information during the domain purchase and information change stages, only the information that is absolutely necessary is collected.

New contact management* (Old menu name: 'User information management')
The 'Contact Management' function, which allows you to manage information to be used as an owner or administrator, has been improved.
The new ‘Contact Management’ includes the following major improvements:
- Manage contacts according to changed contact collection policy
- Collect only necessary attribute information
- Change profile order by dragging and dropping
- Improved basic contact management
- Provides intuitive and simple usability
The domain's contact management function is [My Services > Settings > Contact Management] It is available in the menu.
Improved usability for creating owner and administrator information when purchasing a domain and changing information
It has become more convenient to create and manage contact information for owners and administrators when purchasing a domain (new registration, reservation registration, institutional transfer) and changing information.
- Information collection and usability are provided on the same basis for new registration, reservation registration, institution transfer, and information change.
- After registering as a member, you can go directly to the purchase screen without going through the basic registration information step.
- Easily create owner and administrator information using the new ‘Contact Management’ feature
- Add newly created user information as a new contact or update an existing contact
- You can quickly order for your next purchase by setting the information you wrote as your primary contact information.
Buy a domain quickly using temporary contacts
Temporary contact information refers to owner and administrator information that will be used temporarily.
If you do not have contact information when registering or transferring a domain can use temporary contact information to quickly purchase a domain.

If there is no owner authentication information for the domain, alternative authentication can be done with administrator information.
When changing owner information, if there is no owner's email or mobile phone information that can be authenticated, alternative authentication is now possible with administrator information.
Improved notifications based on domain purchase and registration status
Notifications based on payment information and registration status have been improved.
It intuitively provides necessary guidance depending on each condition.
