We ask for your understanding for the delay in notice so that we can understand the disability in detail and then inform you about it. We would like to inform you of disability-related information.

- Disability time: January 30th (Monday) 15:35 ~ 17:10 (1 hour 35 minutes)
- Cause of failure: Excessive foreign traffic inflow to some Hosting KR services that use domestic IDC services
- Scope of impact of failure: Access failure of some Hosting KR services
- Measures: Take preemptive measures to prevent connection failures by blocking the inflow of overseas traffic, and normalize service by sequentially allowing overseas networks through monitoring.
- Recurrence prevention plan: Prepare a technical recurrence prevention plan by expanding infrastructure facilities and expanding the cloud to control and disperse abnormal traffic.
We are sorry for the various inconveniences our customers have experienced, including the difficulty in recognizing related notices until the service was normalized and the difficulty in connecting to the customer service center due to the flood of inquiries.
In addition, we will strengthen measures to prevent recurrence so that we can quickly normalize and respond to customers in case of future failures.
