- Disability time: Saturday, February 25th, 12:25 PM - 1:00 PM (35 minutes)
- Cause of failure: Excessive overseas traffic inflow into some hosting KR services using domestic IDC services
- Scope of the failure: Domain access failure occurs when using the default name server of HostingKR
- Action: Block the inflow of overseas traffic to preemptively take measures to prevent connection failures, and then allow overseas networks sequentially through monitoring to normalize services.
- Measures to prevent recurrence: Establish a technical plan to prevent recurrence by increasing infrastructure facilities and expanding cloud application to control and distribute abnormal traffic.

We will work harder to ensure quick normalization and customer response in the event of future failures.
