Improved my certificate management function

The following features have been improved for more convenient management in My Certificates.

• Search by sorting the list by registration date, expiration date, and status.
• Print extension button when expiration is imminent
• Excluding certificates in deleted status from certificate management

Other minor feature improvements have been made.
