Can I retrieve existing record settings when changing nameservers?
In general, when you change the name server, record values from the existing name server cannot be automatically retrieved.
Therefore, in order to avoid service interruption after changing the name server, you must set the same values set in the existing name server to the changed name server.
However, please note that when changing between the basic name server provided by Hosting KR and the cloud name server, the record value is automatically reset and is not provided when changing with other name servers.
