1. After logging in to Hosting KR, go to My Service > Domain Management on the right.

2. Click the domain name.

3. Click ‘Personal Information Protection’ in Basic Information.

4. Select Enabled/Disabled and click Change.

- Inactive: Personal information exposed to WHOIS

- Active: WHOIS personal information exposed (must be active for organization transfer)

If setup fails due to communication with a higher level organization, Customer Center > Please request a setting change through 1:1 .
