How do I change the owner/administrator mobile phone number?
Since the domain owner/administrator's mobile phone number is used as an important authentication method to change the ownership of the domain, authentication is inevitably required.
The procedure for changing the owner and administrator mobile phone number is as follows.
- Log in to Hosting KR ( www.hosting.kr ).
- Click the [Domain > Change Information > Change Owner Information (or Change Administrator Information) menu.
- Select the domain whose information you want to change > Click the Change Owner Information button (you can also select multiple domains).
- Click the Verify button in the mobile phone number section > Click the Send Verification Key button in the new window.
- Enter the authentication key received via SMS at the bottom and click Authenticate to enter a new mobile phone number.
- Enter the new number and click the change button to complete.

If SMS authentication is not possible, please submit the documents below to the customer center and request a change.
- Individual: Copy of ID card
- Individual business: Copy of business registration certificate, copy of representative ID card
- Corporate business: Copy of business registration certificate, copy of ID card of person in charge, proof of employment of person in charge (within 7 days of issuance)
