What is domain privacy protection service?

If you do not want your personal information to be exposed in domain registration information (WHOIS), you can use this service and the registration information will be exposed as Hosting KR information instead.
(For WHOIS search, when accessing Hosting.kr, search for the domain you want to register in the "Easy and Quick Domain Registration" section of the main page. If it is a registered domain, click [WHOIS] on the right side of the domain to find the registrant. You can check the information.)

This is a paid service that incurs a fee of 1,200 won (excluding VAT) per year. Cancellation and refund are not possible after application.

However, the service has an ON (active)/OFF (inactive) function, so you can easily change the settings if information exposure is necessary.
