For 27 minutes starting at approximately 21:55 on June 17th, some domains using the forwarding service were not connected properly.

This problem occurred while processing and stabilizing forwarding server attack failures. The measures have now been completed and can be used normally.

There was no service impact other than some forwarding domains, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and confusion caused by the sudden error.

Hosting KR will make efforts to prevent incidents like this from happening again in the future through internal inspection.
