I changed the name server and the site connects to a different location. Why is that so?
What if you change the name server to a third party and are connected to another site that you are not connected to?
You must check the connection settings with the name server company you changed.
When you enter a domain address in the Internet address bar, the name server is where you set which server it should go to.
In other words, if the settings on the name server are incorrect, you will be directed to another site or server.
Sometimes, after changing the name server of some hosting companies, you may be connected to another site.
This may occur automatically because the history of past connections from other people to your domain has not been deleted.
You must immediately contact the hosting company to correct the connection settings, and if a domain registration confirmation is required during the process, you can check the registration within the email you received after registering the domain.
If you have deleted the email or are having difficulty checking it, please request it through Customer Center > Inquiry Registration and it will be sent to you by email.
