I applied for forwarding, but I can't connect.
Typical cases where connection is not confirmed after applying for forwarding are as follows.
1. After applying for forwarding, you may not be able to connect right away depending on the user's network situation.
Generally, within 30 minutes is sufficient for DNS and network synchronization and connection confirmation after applying for forwarding, but it may take a little longer if cache values remain in the visitor's browser or synchronization of the network being used is delayed.
2. If there is a problem with the connected site itself, you may not be able to access it.
If you cannot connect even though sufficient synchronization time has passed after application, you need to check whether the connected address is connected.
If you connect domain A to site B, but there is a problem with site B itself, you may not be able to connect, so you need to check if there are any problems with the connected address.
3. Registration information authentication
There is no problem with the settings, but if the registration information is not verified after registering the domain, you will not be able to connect.
(For international domains such as .COM, .NET, etc., due to ICANN (International Organization for Domain Management)'s policy of maintaining accuracy of domain registration information, upon new domain registration/transfer of organization/change of owner or administrator information, within 14 days of the registration information verification email received from the owner's email In case of non-authentication, it is stopped in ClientHold.)
When checking WHOIS, if the Status is displayed as ClientHold, please check in the [My Service > Domain Management > Registration Information Authentication] menu and authenticate with the owner's email address.
