When changing a domain name/account, there is no basic registration information for the transferee (recipient). If the message appears, additional steps are required as shown below.

The transferee (recipient) must complete the procedures below.

1. The transferee (recipient) logs in to Hosting KR > Click My Service > Click Dashboard.

2. Click the Edit button for basic registration information and enter all missing information > Agree to the terms and conditions and click Edit.

After the transferee (recipient) has completed the above procedures, the transferor (giver) can proceed with the application again.
