1. Certificate Application

- After logging into HostingKR, you can apply from the Security > SSL Certificate menu.

2. After application, you must authenticate. The authentication procedure varies depending on the product type.

   2-1. DV Certificate Authentication Procedure

   Select one of the authentication methods below.

• Email Authentication: Select one of the domain owner email / admin@ / administrator@ / postmaster@ / webmaster@ and receive and approve the email sent by the authentication agency
• DNS Authentication: Authenticate by setting the record value issued by the authentication agency on the domain's name server
• File Upload Authentication: Authenticate by uploading the file issued by the authentication agency to the specified path

   2.-2. OV Certificate Authentication Procedure

• Document submission: English business registration certificate issued within the last 90 days
• Phone authentication: Phone verification by the certification agency using the number searched for under the company name on www.114.co.kr
• Domain authentication: Authentication via domain owner email

After authentication is completed in the above manner, the certificate file will be issued and delivered.

The issued certificate must be installed on the server, and if you are using HostingKR Webhosting, the installation will be handled on your behalf.

In addition, installation support is available for servers you have built yourself, but if you are using other webhosting services, installation support is not available, so please request certificate installation from the hosting company.
