• Traffic or disk usage exceeds established usage limits

For 'resource limited' products that can be used for a set amount, if the usage exceeds the quota, web hosting will be temporarily suspended to prevent excessive use.

Please take the following steps to reactivate your web hosting service.

Please secure more space by adding web hosting options beyond the excess usage. If the status is not exceeded, the service will automatically change to 'Enabled' status.

Method 2. For disk, clean up unnecessary files to free up space
