This document explains how to retrieve DB backup files after applying for cloud-based Linux web hosting.

Import DB

1. Log in to the cPanel administrator screen and click phpMyAdmin.
2. Click the ‘Import’ menu at the top and then click ‘Select File’ to select the DB file. Files are only accepted uncompressed or compressed with .gzip, .bzip2, or .zip (maximum 50MB).
3. Import was successful.
