If you don't see your domain or hosting listed in the account you're logged in to, it may be because:
- If you log in with an account other than the account that registered your domain and hosting
- If the application for transfer of institution has not yet been completed
If the above does not apply, please contact the administrator through Customer Center > 1:1 Inquiry.

The owner email that receives domain expiration notifications and the domain management ID may be different.
If you do not see the domain list when you log in with the account that received the expiration notification, you may be managing the domain by signing up with a different email.
