Customers who use the Customer Center using the Chrome browser may experience the following phenomenon depending on the browser settings they are currently using.

• Log in from another brand’s customer center and go to Megazone’s customer center.
• When you click [Contact Us] in another brand’s customer center, you will be redirected to Megazone’s customer center.

Please refer to the solutions below, change your browser settings, and try again.

Resolution

1. Go to Chrome browser settings
   
   Enter chrome://settings/ in the URL input box in the Chrome browser, or click [Settings] in the browser menu to go to the Chrome browser settings screen.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Select ‘Cookies and other site data’ in the ‘Privacy & Security’ menu
   
   Select the ‘Privacy and Security’ menu from the left menu of the Chrome browser settings screen, and then select ‘Cookies and other site data.’
   
   
   
   
3. Change from ‘Cookies and other site data’ to ‘Allow all cookies’
   
   Click ‘Accept all cookies’ in ‘General Settings’.
