If you want to extend another organization's domain, you can do so by transferring the organization.

When applying for an institution transfer, according to the policy of the higher institution, extension payments of at least one year must be made from the domain agency you wish to transfer to. (A common .KR/.COM domain costs 10,780 won/year.)
