The homepage doesn't open. What should I do?
If you are unable to connect to your domain, there may be several reasons.
Please check if any of the cases below apply.
1. Make sure your domain has not expired.
- Check that the domain has not expired in the Domain > Period Extension menu, and if it is expired, extend the payment. After extending an expired domain, it may take approximately 30 minutes to apply.

2. Check whether registration information verification is required.
- If the domain has not expired and is displayed as an unverified domain in the My Service Management > Domain Management > Registration Information Verification menu, please check the owner's email. If you check the registration information verification email sent to the owner's email address and verify it, the domain will be normalized in about 5 minutes.
- If the registration information is not authenticated, when you search WHOIS, the status is displayed as ClientHold.
3. Check the usage period of your hosting.
- If you are using web hosting from Hosting KR, you can extend it in the [My Service Management > Web Hosting Management] menu. If you check the remaining days and extend the payment, it will return to normal after a while.
- If you are using third-party hosting, please contact the relevant company to check the expiration date and whether there are any hosting problems.
4. Check the name server.
- If you are using a third-party name server, you need to contact the company you are using to check whether the connection settings are correct and whether there are any current problems.
- If you are using our name server, please request confirmation through Customer Center > Inquiry Registration.
5. Check your connection settings.
- If some time has passed since setting up forwarding, parking, and connection, please wait a little longer.
There may be a time lag for the network to respond after changing settings, and if the browser's cache remains, confirmation may be delayed further.
All cases may not be resolved with the above solutions. In that case, please contact the administrator through Customer Center > Inquiry Registration.
