How can I get my deposit refund?
To receive a refund for your deposit with Hosting KR, you must request a refund through Customer Center > Inquiry Registration > Refund Bulletin Board.
The basic refund policy is as follows.
1. If payment is made by card
- If it is within 1 year, the card will be canceled.
- After card cancellation, confirmation from the credit card company takes 3 to 5 business days.
2. If payment is made by bank transfer
- Refund to the account from which the transfer was made
3. If payment is made with a virtual account
- A separate refund is made by submitting the account information for a refund through 1:1 inquiry.
3. How to request
- Please leave the refund amount and account information at Customer Center > Inquiry Registration > Refund Bulletin Board.
- Please leave account information only if you deposited money into a virtual account.
