Deposit refers to goods that can be used freely after depositing costs with Hosting KR.

The charged deposit can be refunded at any time, and if you pay for the service using the deposit, a tax invoice and cash receipt can be issued.

Charging method

1. After logging in, click My Services > Deposit Recharge button.

Or My Service > Top rightClick the icon and then click deposit.

2. Enter the amount you want to recharge, select a payment method, and click ‘Pay’.

Deposit recharge can be entered in increments of up to 1 won.

3. Once you agree to the terms and conditions in the PG payment window and complete the payment, it will be automatically recharged.

important

• In the case of deposits, an actual transaction does not occur at the time of deposit, but the transaction is confirmed at the time the customer applies for use in the future, so a receipt proving eligibility is not issued at the time of deposit.
• In the case of credit cards, a transaction confirmation is issued by the payment agency. The transaction confirmation cannot be used as a substitute for a tax invoice, so please request a tax invoice when using a deposit.
• When making a deposit : Since the transaction is not confirmed, a tax invoice cannot be issued (credit card sales slips cannot be used)
• When using deposit : Tax invoice is issued because the actual transaction has been completed
