The cPanel Interface

The cPanel interface is the hub of your cPanel user account and provides access to important information and updates.
The cPanel interface consists of the following sections:

Note :
- Your hosting provider's server profile may disable some features in the cPanel interface. For more information, see How to Use Server Profiles Please read the document.
- If the server administrator enables cPanel Analytics at the server level, the graph icon () will appear in the interface It appears on the right.
Click the icon to display account-level cPanel Analytics settings. Select Allow Data Collection to enable cPanel Analytics for your account or Deny Data Collection to disable it.

Navigation bar
All interfaces in cPanel display a navigation bar. The navigation bar provides current-active account information, controls for changing settings, and a link to log out of your account.
- Click the site logo to navigate the home interface.
- Search Features Use the text box to quickly find the interface you need.
Note :
You can use the diagonal (/) keyboard shortcut to quickly access the Search Features text box.
- Click on your username to manage your preferences and configure your cPanel interface.
To reset the cPanel interface, click your user name, then click Reset Page Settings ( Reset Page Settings ) in the user menu.
- If the Notifications icon has a numbered red box (), there are messages, warnings, and/or errors in your cPanel account. Click the Notifications icon to display it. Server owners can customize this interface to broadcast important information to their customers.
Sidebar
All cPanel interfaces display a sidebar. The sidebar provides access to the following features:
- Click the Home icon () to return to the cPanel Home interface. This section provides access to all cPanel features. If you are a reseller, you can customize the content to fit your needs.
- Click the User Manager icon () to create a user User Manager ) Interface ( cPanel > > Home > > Basic Navigate to Settings > > Users Administrators ).
Welcome panel
The Welcome panel appears only for new user accounts. The Welcome panel displays common features that new users often access.
- To ignore the Welcome panel, click the dismiss () icon in the upper right corner of the panel or text “All done. Click All done. Dismiss this ”. If you ignore the Welcome panel, it will no longer appear in the interface.
- Click your username, then click Page Settings Reset (Reset Page Settings) to open the Welcome panel. Bring it back.
General information
General About section displays the following information about your cPanel account:
primary domain
The primary or primary domain name for your current account. Click the wrench icon to open the SSL/TLS status interface in cPanel ( cPanel > > Home > > Security > > SSL/TLS Status ). You will only see this icon if there is a problem with the certificate status. This section also displays the type of certificate securing your primary domain.
- DV Certificate — Domain-validation certificate
- EV Certificate — Extended-Validation Certificate.
- OV Certificate — Organization-validation certificate.
- Self Signed Certificate — Self-signed certificate.
- Valid Certificate None (No Valid Certificate) — A valid certificate exists, but is not currently providing protection for the domain. For example, expired or revoked certificates.
Shared IP address or dedicated IP address
Shared or dedicated IP address for your current account:
- A shared IP address means that multiple websites on one server use a single IP address.
- A dedicated IP address means that the website owns its own IP address.
home directory
Absolute path to the /home directory of your account on the server.
Last login IP address
The IP address of the user who most recently logged in to the account.
Note :
This IP address is not currently a verified IP address. For example, if you log in via the 10.1.1.1 IP address, and you log in multiple times via the 10.2.2.2 IP address, the interface have the Last Login IP address (Last Login IP address) with the value 10.1. 1.1 is displayed. It will not display 10.2.2.2 as Last Login IP address value until you log in from a different IP address.
Theme
Current cPanel theme. If your account includes more than one theme, you can use the menu to browse and switch between cPanel themes.
NGINX Caching
Status of Nginx caching on the server. This section displays either Active ( Active) or Inactive ( Inactive) depending on the Nginx caching status.
Remarks :
This category only appears if Nginx is installed on the server.
server information
Click this link to go to cPanel's interface ( cPanel > > Home > > Server), which displays additional information about your account and server. Browse About ).
characteristic
A cPanel interface listing of all available features for a user account, displayed in groups for different types of features. To search for the desired function, use Find functions quickly by typing here text box.
Statistics
Statistics (Statistics) section displays important usage statistics for your cPanel account. This section uses colors and symbols to display information about your cPanel account's resource usage.
yellow background
Statistics displays a yellow background if one of the following criteria is met:
- The server cannot retrieve information about the item's usage or quotas.
- The account uses more than 60% of the item's quota.
red background
Statistics displays a red background when a user account has used more than 80% of its item quota. These items appear at the beginning of section.
sign
Each statistic can display one of the following symbols:
- Infinity symbol (∞) — This icon indicates an unlimited quota. Otherwise, the interface will display your account's quota limit.
- Plus (+) icon — Click this icon to increase the quota for this statistic on your hosting plan. This symbol means that your hosting provider has added integration links to your server. appears in this case.
- Wrench () icon — Click this icon to access the associated cPanel interface where you can reduce quota usage. For example, if your Email Accounts ( Email Accounts) statistics are high, cPanel's Email Accounts Interface ( cPanel > > Home > > Email l > > You can delete unused email accounts from Email Accounts ). This symbol appears if your hosting provider has not added Integration Links to their server. .
- Exclamation mark (!) icon — Place your cursor on this symbol to read additional information about the error. This symbol appears when no additional information can be retrieved about usage or quota limits for the server.
bandwidth
The Bandwidth ( Bandwidth) statistic displays the amount of inbound and outbound data, in megabytes (MB), that your account has transferred this month.
Note :
If there is a discrepancy between the information provided by cPanel and the information provided by AWStats, Webalizer, and analog log processing programs, Apparent discrepancies in bandwidth usage statistics Please read the documentation.
disk usage
Disk Usage (Disk Usage) statistics display the amount of disk space, in megabytes (MB), currently used by your account.
Note :
You'll only see these statistics if your hosting provider's server profile supports the disk capacity.
file usage
File Usage (File Usage) Statistics show the files and directories your account is currently using ( inodes ).
Note :
- You can only see these statistics if your hosting provider has enabled it.
- The interface displays statistics such as local file size for decentralized cPanel accounts . This is the current capacity of your account's current local server, in the child node Does not include file usage.
MySQL® disk usage
MySQL Disk Usage (Disk Usage) statistics show the disk currently used by the MySQL or MariaDB® database for your user account. Displays the amount of space in bytes.
Note :
You'll only see these statistics if your hosting provider has MySQL database enabled on their servers.
PostgreSQL disk usage
PostgreSQL Disk Usage Statistics Disk currently used by PostgreSQL® databases in your account. Displays the amount of space in bytes.
Note :
You'll only see these statistics if your hosting provider has a PostgreSQL database enabled on their servers.
Mailing List Disk Usage
Mailings Lists Disk Usage (Mailing Lists Disk Usage) statistics Mailman Displays the amount of disk space, in bytes, currently used by mailing lists.
addon domain
Addon Domains Domains (Addon Domains) statistics show how many addon domains your account is currently using.
Subdomains
The Subdomains Domains (Subdomains) statistics display the number of subdomains your account is currently using.
Aliases
The Aliases (Aliases) statistics show the number of aliases (parked domains) your account is currently using.
email account
Email Accounts (Email Accounts) Statistics displays the number of email accounts your user account currently uses.
mailing list
The Mailing Lists statistic displays the number of Mailman mailing lists your user account is currently using.
Autoresponders
Autoresponders statistics display the number of autoresponders currently used by your user account.
Forwarders
Forwarders (Forwarders) statistics display the number of forwarders your account is currently using.
email filter
Email Filters (Email Filters) Statistics displays the number of email filters your account is currently using.
FTP account
The FTP Accounts statistics display the number of FTP accounts the account is currently using.
MySQL database
The MySQL Databases statistics display the number of MySQL or MariaDB databases your account is currently using.
Note :
You will only see these statistics if your hosting provider has MySQL database enabled on their servers.
PostgreSQL database
PostgreSQL Database Statistics account currently using Displays the number of PostgreSQL databases.
Note :
You will only see these statistics if your hosting provider has enabled a PostgreSQL database on your server.
CPU capacity
The CPU Capacity statistics show how much CPU your account is currently using.
Note :
You can only view these statistics on servers running CloudLinux™.
memory capacity
The Memory Capacity (Memory Usage) statistics show how much memory your account is currently using.
Note :
You can only view these statistics on servers running CloudLinux™.
Entry Processes
The Entries Processes (Entry Processes) statistics show how many entry processes your account is currently using.
Note :
You can view these statistics on servers running CloudLinux™.
