Is it possible to cancel the institutional transfer at Hosting KR?
If you have already applied for institutional transfer, you must process “Reject”.
- When a third party applies for institutional transfer to Hosting KR
- Check the institutional transfer approval/rejection email sent from the existing registration company to the owner's email address and process the rejection.
- If you do not receive the email, please request a resend from the existing company or request rejection separately.
- In case of application for transfer of organization from Hosting KR to another company
- Hosting KR will send an approval/rejection email to the owner's email address. Copy the authentication key in the email, go to the [Domain > Institutional Transfer > Institutional Transfer Status] page, select “Other Institution Application Status” in the upper right corner, and then click Reject.
After completing the above procedure, a refund will be processed according to the policy of the company that applied for the transfer.
