1. When a domain is in dispute or when a court requests restrictions on changes to domain registration information
   
   • Transfer is possible only when the dispute is over or the court's request for restriction is resolved.
2. If institution transfer lock and KISA information protection are set
   • Unlock institution transfer from existing registered company

3. If 7 days have passed since expiration
   • Transfer possible after extension

1. Within 60 days after new registration
   • Transfer possible 60 days after new registration
2. If your domain has expired
   • Transfer is possible 45 days after extension at the existing registration institution (if transfer is made immediately after extending the expiration domain, the extension will be canceled at the existing institution)
3. When institution transfer lock and additional service lock are set
   • Unlock institution transfer from existing registered company
4. If a 60-day institutional transfer lock is set after changing information at the existing company
   • Transfer is possible upon request to the existing company and the 60-day lock is lifted.
   • If cancellation is not possible due to policy, transfer is possible 60 days after the information change.
