What should I do if I am trying to apply for an organization transfer, but it says I am a registered agent without authority to apply for transfer?

This message is the result message when searching for a domain registered with our company in the institution transfer menu.

For institutional transfers, you must apply at the domain registration company you wish to transfer to.

When transferring from another company to Hosting KR, please search the domain in the [Domain > Institution Transfer] menu and apply for institutional transfer. When transferring from Hosting KR to another company, please apply for institutional transfer from the third party.
