I'm trying to transfer the organization, but it says the lock cannot be changed. What should I do?

If “Lock cannot be changed” is displayed in the organization transfer lock release menu, confirmation from the administrator is required.

Please contact the administrator through Customer Center > Inquiry Registration > 1:1 Inquiry.
