The institutional transfer procedures are as follows.

1. Request unlock of institutional transfer and unlock of additional services from the existing registration company and receive authentication code (AuthCode) for institutional transfer. (Domain owner must request from existing registrar)
2. After logging in to Hosting KR ( www.hosting.kr ) Go to the [Domain > Institution transfer] menu.
3. Search the domain, enter the authentication code in the search results, and then search > check whether the authentication code matches.
4. If you see that transfer is possible, select the owner > agree to the terms and conditions, then click the apply for institutional transfer button.
5. The application will be completed by paying the institution relocation fee using the payment method of your choice.
6. After applying, if you approve the institutional transfer approval email sent from the existing registration company to the owner's email address, the institutional transfer will be completed on the same day.

- Some companies may not send a separate approval email. In this case, .kr/.Korean domains will be automatically transferred 5 days after application, and international domains such as .com/.net will be transferred approximately 7-8 days after application.

• The remaining days of the domain will be transferred as is. (Excluding some country domains)
• The name server does not change, only the registrar changes.
• The transfer process may vary slightly depending on each domain policy, and the time it takes to complete the transfer may vary.
