Domain cancellation policies may vary depending on the domain parent organization and domain type.

Cancellation policies for representative domains are as follows:

International domains other than .com, .net: possible within 3 days from the registration date (cancellation fee of 1,200 won will be incurred)
.kr, .Korean domain: available within 7 days from registration date
Country domain: No cancellation or refund (may vary depending on policy)

In addition, is not possible for domains in events and domains registered through reservation registration.

1. After logging in to Hosting KR, go to My Service > Domain Management on the right.

2. Click the domain name.

3. On the details page, click More (three dots) and click Cancel domain registration.

4. When you click the confirmation button, the domain will be canceled and the deposit will be refunded.

If you would like to cancel a domain whose cancellation period has passed, please check the regulations below and make a 1:1 inquiry.

Cancellation Refund Policy

- .kr, .Korean domains are non-refundable upon cancellation for the first year.

- Refunds will be made on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period excluding the first year.

- All other international and national domains are non-refundable upon cancellation.
