Host not found. The message “Please make sure you entered the server name correctly” appears and the connection to the mail server is not established.
This message is a message that occurs due to a mail server status or connection error.
Please check as follows.
1. Check mail server input
- Please check the (sending/receiving) mail server values in your user account in Outlook, etc.
- Normally, the value of “mail.domain address” (e.g. mail.mydomain.com) is a normal address.
2. Check domain usage period
- If the domain period expires, the mail server address cannot be connected.
- Please check the domain usage period. If it has expired, you can extend it and use it again after a certain period of time.
If the above method does not work, please let us know the account you are using and the error message on the customer center 1:1 inquiry bulletin board.
