1) In case of termination due to expiration of service period - within 7 days

If the period of use has expired, there is a grace period for extension so that you can extend it for an additional 7 days.

2) In case of termination due to expiration of service period - after 7 days

If more than 7 days have passed since expiration, Long-term backup of data Restoration is possible only for products with BASIC, STANDARD or higher specifications. (Slim recovery not possible)

Long-term data backup is a service that stores data for 90 days after web hosting is deleted, and can be restored by paying a recovery fee (KRW 100,000/VAT included) within the storage period.

3) In case of cancellation due to user's cancellation request

If web hosting is canceled upon a user's cancellation request, it is immediately deleted and cannot be recovered without a grace period for deletion or long-term data backup.
