1. Log in to the cPanal administrator page and click File Manager.
2. Double-click pulibic_html or www in the directory listing.
3. Click Upload to upload the file. (Maximum upload size: 5GB)
4. Alternatively, you can click +File to specify a file name and create a new file right away.

Plesk

1. Go to Websites & Domains > Domain Name > File Manager .

2.After clicking the button, do the following:

• To upload a single file, click Upload File and browse to select the file you want to upload.

• To upload a single file, multiple files, or a directory with files, click Upload Directory, then drag the files or directories inside the dotted line.

• To upload a file from another website or FTP server, click Import file via URL , specify the URL of the file, and Import For example, the URL is https://example.com/image.png or ftps://user:password@example.com/example.tar .

  The file manager supports file import protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, and FTPS. Depending on the protocol, the username and password in the URL path may be optional or required.
