How to fix website pause
If the domain you are using web hosting at Hosting KR accesses to the screen below, the hosting is paused.
Web hosting may be suspended in the following cases, so please check before taking action.
1. When the service use period has expired
When the web hosting usage period expires, the service will be stopped.
To restart the site, you must change the web hosting back to active status through extension or restoration.

2. If traffic or disk usage exceeds the quota, web hosting will be paused to prevent excessive usage.
- When traffic usage reaches or exceeds the 100% limit
- Disk usage reaches or exceeds the 100% limit
In this case, adding options equal to the excess usage will reactivate the service. (ex. If traffic exceeds 2GB, add 2GB or more option)

3. Suspension of use due to violation of web hosting usage policy
Use of the service may be restricted in the following cases:
1. In case of serious violation of the customer's obligations under Article 11
2. If you commit an illegal act such as leaking someone else’s information or stealing your password.
3. When engaging in an act that violates relevant laws and regulations
4 . If you post obscene or provocative photos or text, or engage in an act that is detrimental to public order or morals.
5. When providing bulletin board, access statistics, counter, forwarding, redirection services, etc. to a third party without the company’s consent.
6. If the server's central processing unit (CPU) and memory occupancy rate exceeds 10% due to program malfunction or excessive use due to intentional or gross negligence.
7. When the number of visitors per day, amount of file transfers per day, account capacity, etc. exceeds the previously announced usage range specified in the relevant service type.
8. Excessive use of functions or programs that place a load on the server (video and image upload/download, link and sharing, broadcasting, chatting, games, community, etc.)
9. When the occupancy rate and load rate of server resources are relatively high compared to a typical website, causing damage to services using the same server.
10. In case of excessive use and load only at certain times on certain days
11. Excessive use of overseas networks without a separate contract or prior notice
12. If it causes significant disruption to the use of equipment that directly or indirectly uses the services provided by the company.
13. Sending spam emails, distributing viruses, or engaging in other actions that cause network failure
14. If the customer does not pay the service fee even after the expiration date of the service period
15. If it is objectively determined that the service is being used for crime
16. Any daemon that occupies a port (number used to distinguish each service in the system) other than the default port (telnet, FTP, web, etc.) other than the default port (telnet, FTP, web, etc.) without the customer's permission (waiting in the system and responding to user requests) When using a program (a program used to respond and communicate according to pre-specified rules)
17. Any other acts that violate the regulations or terms of use established by the company.
