What happens to refunds when web hosting is canceled?
If you cancel while using the web hosting service, the current service amount and balance are calculated as follows.
1. Amount used = [Prepaid monthly installment amount x Number of months used until the previous month] + [Prepaid daily installment amount x Number of days used in the current month]
2. Balance = prepaid amount - used amount
However, if a canceling customer receives a discount rate applied to the prepaid amount, the amount used is calculated based on the normal amount without the discount rate applied.

1. My Service Managed Hosting Managed Hosting Application Information > Cancellation request > Apply from menu
2. Refund amount (depending on payment method)
- Card payment: Partial cancellation of card
- Deposit/Bank transfer/Virtual account: Refund as deposit
However, if you would like to refund the first refunded deposit to your account, you can request it through [Customer Center > Inquiry Registration > Refund Bulletin Board].
Refunds are processed in batches on the 10th/20th/30th of each month.
(If the refund date falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the previous day.)
